I did not see this week's mansion show, as I do not have cable television. All I watch is PBS and Rock Star on CBS. Sometimes I'll catch a rerun of Archie Bunker's Place, but that's about it. Luckily, you do not need my take on this episode, since Sid did such a fine job reporting. Come to think of it, with Sid reporting, you don't need me for much of anything - except for maybe help on the toilet. After hearing about all the whining and bickering that went on, I'm glad I missed it. And, I'm glad I came, right Newbomb?
If you would like to hear the song that has inspired Marty and the rest of the Lovehammers, click here (crank it up and don't stop yourself from dancing if you feel the urge). It is Leprosy doing our number one hit single, "Alan". Mind you, it's not the best version of the song. The best version was lost by Sid after my wedding. That bastard. This should give you some insight into from where Marty is coming and from where he is trying to desparately get away.

A decent version none the less.
Turk Out!
1. I didn't lose the f'ing tape.
2. Even if I did, why would anyone in their right mind entrust Sid with anything of value during wedding festivities? Didn't you see I was busy trying to pick up your maid of honor? And failing. Badly.
"C'mon, Missy, you're not that great.... WTF??!!"
I've always liked that photo from your wedding the best. You looked quite dashing. Funny though, I don't remember your tux being so blue...
that's because aunt nina was trashed. i'm surprised she remembers anything.
Who's that amazing drummer? Playing slightly behind the beat, then slightly ahead of the beat - PURE GENIOUS!
That's GENIUS...Damn U of I education
Did you happen to take a correspondence English class, or was it just the Weather class?
Just weather and advanced balsa wood bridge building. Had a Chinese chick for English - go figure
Would this happen to be you using your knowledge to point at the weather? Or are you merely hamming it up?
That Sid, what a bastard.
Dale - We had a guest drummer just like that in our band, King Razpin and The Enforcers. He wasn't really right for our band, King Razpin and The Enforcers.
His other claim to fame was less drums meant more. He would actually not play the drum solos in Wipeout and sit there hold his sticks with the silliest of smirks on his face. The silence was like a memorial to drummers long since gone.
The last thing I remember about him was he could drink one of the smaller Great Lakes dry. I wonder what ever happened to that guy?
LAR, the drummer in the band, Leprosy, is no guest - he's the driving force in its musical direction. And he wasn't shy about taking a solo or two in the middle of a verse - especially if he got lost. He wasn't a drinker though, so he couldn't be confused with the guest drummer in the band, King Razpin & the Enforcers.
So--Alan really exists? Could you pass on the lyrics and guitar tabs, pretty please? I'm getting ready to audition for the reality show, Rockstar Lovehammers. Thanks so much...
